Maniac is a game from Michal Marcinkowski about killing children, random citizenry, police, feds, and military goons. Among other things. I know the mark of a good game when, to unlock a character, I have to optimize killing children (beach at the bottom of the map by the way). Reviews of this game, when they describe it as a cartoony lovechild of GTA and Postal 1 are completely correct. It's also got halmarks of old Flash games I used to play the shit out of, a reward system for destroying vehicles and certain NPCs in the form of money. That money can be used at a shop to upgrade certain skills, etc.

It's quite good. Buy it if you wish.
